What can I expect from the screening? Is it a test - do I need to study?

This questionnaire is not a test, so no studying is necessary! There’s no answer key that your responses are being compared against.You should expect to answer questions and respond to statements about your past experiences, what you like, how you like to work, and possibly a few math and reading questions.  It is estimated to take you 10 - 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire, but take as long as you need.
