I get an error message when I try to log in.

If you are logging into the screening using a username and password, please note that the password is case sensitive. Please check that you’ve entered the password with correct capitalization.

If you received an email with a link to the Arena screening, click that link. It should take you directly into the screening, without requiring a username or password. If you are copying and pasting that link into your browser, please sure to include all characters after the “?token=”. This is necessary to ensure you are accessing the correct screening.

If an HR representative gave you a username and password to log in with, please ask him or her to verify that your account was set up correctly.
